Omnibus Reconciliation Act of 1980

In order for any podiatric surgical facility that pays AAPSF $10,000 or more in any 12 month period to comply with Section 952, PL96-499, the Omnibus Reconciliation Act of 1980, the AAPSF hereby stipulates that only those AAPSF records, contracts, documents, or books that are necessary to verify the extent and nature of the AAPSF costs will be available for four years after the survey, consultation, or contracted services are completed to the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services, the Controller General of the United States or any of their duly authorized representatives. This stipulation is provided as a matter of policy by AAPSF in lieu of providing separate contracts for each such affected organization. These same conditions will apply to any subcontracts that AAPSF has with related organizations if such payments amount to $10,OOO or more in any 12-month period. This policy applies to all contract surveys and AAPSF records as of January l, 1986 and so long as these regulations remain in force.
